The Single Most Important Lesson Learned From The Chimp Paradox
Make no mistake about it, The Chimp Paradox is one of the most useful books I’ve ever read when it comes to stopping my own self-sabotaging behavior, focusing more, and taking some big steps towards my goals.
Years ago, I wrote a review of The Chimp Paradox on my personal blog. I finished that review by commenting on how the sheer volume of helpful insights and practical tips made repeated reads necessary.
